These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lindsey Burwell Wellness website and the products, programs, assessments, consultations, coaching services, educational resources, communications, and other services offered through or in connection with this Website (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout these Terms, “LBWellness,” “Lindsey Burwell Wellness,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LBWellness, which operates the Lindsey Burwell Wellness brand. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, purchaser, client, applicant, subscriber, or other person accessing or using the Website or Services.
By accessing the Website, submitting information, applying for a Service, making a purchase, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Where you are presented with a checkbox, purchase button, application, electronic acknowledgement, or other mechanism referencing these Terms, your affirmative action constitutes acceptance of them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or Services.

Our paid wellness, assessment, and coaching Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing and any legally required parental or guardian authorisation has been obtained.
By applying for, purchasing, or participating in a Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
SECTION 02: ABOUT LINDSEY BURWELL WELLNESS
Lindsey Burwell Wellness provides wellness education, metabolic optimisation support, biohacking education, lifestyle guidance, coaching, wellness assessments, educational resources, product recommendations, speaking services, podcast content, and related offerings.
Topics may include metabolism, nutrition, supplementation, energy, sleep, stress, digestion, detoxification, cellular health, biohacking, resilience, identity, performance, hormonal wellness, and related health and lifestyle subjects.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, our Services are provided for wellness, educational, informational, and coaching purposes.
SECTION 03: HEALTH, MEDICAL & PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER
The Website and Services are not intended to replace individualised medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from an appropriately qualified and licensed healthcare professional.
Unless expressly provided by a licensed healthcare professional acting within that professional’s lawful scope of practice, nothing provided through Lindsey Burwell Wellness constitutes medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescription services, emergency medical care, or individualised medical advice.
This applies to information provided through The Lab™, the Private 1:1 Container, consultations, wellness reports, podcast content, emails, social media, guides, educational materials, product recommendations, and other Lindsey Burwell Wellness communications.
Do not disregard, delay, or discontinue professional medical advice because of information obtained through Lindsey Burwell Wellness.

Participation in a Lindsey Burwell Wellness Service does not, by itself, create a physician-patient or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship.
Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as representing that Lindsey Burwell, LBWellness, or any team member holds a professional license, credential, or scope of practice other than those actually held by that individual.
SECTION 04: THE LAB™
The Lab™ is a wellness and metabolic optimisation experience that may include hair follicle analysis, personalised wellness information, a wellness report, a 90-day wellness plan, consultations, implementation guidance, and educational resources.
Information generated through The Lab™ is intended to support wellness education, personal awareness, and informed decision-making.
Unless expressly identified as medical diagnostic testing by an appropriately licensed medical provider, The Lab™ should not be treated as conventional diagnostic laboratory testing, a medical diagnosis, or a replacement for blood testing, imaging, physical examination, or other testing recommended by your healthcare provider.
Assessment methodologies may evaluate, interpret, or present information differently from conventional medical testing.
The Lab™ does not guarantee that its assessment will identify or accurately characterise every nutrient-related concern, sensitivity, exposure, metabolic concern, medical condition, or other factor affecting your health or well-being.
You should discuss significant symptoms, health concerns, or assessment information with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
SECTION 05: PRIVATE 1:1 CONTAINER
The Private 1:1 Container is a personalised 90-day wellness coaching and health optimisation experience.
Depending on the offer purchased, it may include The Lab™ assessment, personalised wellness planning, direct access to Lindsey, educational recommendations, progress reviews, adjustments, implementation guidance, accountability, and other inclusions described at enrollment.
Recommendations may evolve based on your goals, information you provide, implementation, progress, experience, and other relevant circumstances.
You remain responsible for your personal health decisions and for seeking appropriate medical care.
Direct messaging or coaching access is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent or emergency medical concerns.
Where stated on the Website, availability may be limited, including to one private client per month.
SECTION 06: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Personalised Services depend, in part, on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
You agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information to the best of your knowledge;
Update us when materially relevant information changes;
Review applicable product labels, directions, warnings, and safety information;
Communicate significant health concerns to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional;
Consider potential allergies, sensitivities, contraindications, and interactions before implementing recommendations; and
Accept responsibility for your personal decisions and implementation of wellness information.
Lindsey Burwell Wellness cannot be expected to identify every possible medical condition, contraindication, interaction, allergy, medication issue, or treatment need.
SECTION 07: RESULTS & TESTIMONIALS
Every individual is different.
Results may be influenced by genetics, age, medical history, medications, hormones, nutrition, environment, sleep, stress, lifestyle, consistency, implementation, underlying health conditions, and circumstances outside our control.
We do not guarantee any specific health, weight, metabolic, hormonal, energy, cognitive, performance, biological-age, lifestyle, professional, financial, or other individual result.
Terms such as “optimise,” “support,” “improve,” “transform,” “restore,” “reset,” “detox,” “thrive,” and “biohack” describe wellness objectives, educational concepts, intended support, or individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
The Website may feature testimonials, reviews, case studies, personal stories, before-and-after descriptions, or client experiences.
These represent the experiences or opinions of the individuals involved and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or a similar result.
Where an endorsement involves a material relationship with LBWellness, appropriate disclosure will be provided where required by law.
SECTION 08: SUPPLEMENTS & WELLNESS PRODUCTS
The Website may sell, recommend, discuss, or link to supplements, nutritional products, wellness products, patches, lifestyle products, and related resources.
Before using a product, you are responsible for reviewing its ingredients, directions, warnings, contraindications, allergy information, manufacturer guidance, and other applicable safety information.

The Patch Method® is a related wellness brand operated by LBWellness.
The Lindsey Burwell Wellness Website may introduce, discuss, recommend, or link to The Patch Method® products and content.
Purchases completed through The Patch Method® website are governed by The Patch Method® Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, shipping terms, product instructions, and other policies applicable to that store.
Those store-specific policies govern The Patch Method® transactions and do not automatically apply to The Lab™, the Private 1:1 Container, or other Lindsey Burwell Wellness Services.
SECTION 10: THE OPTIMIZED SOLUTIONS & THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES
The Website may contain information about or links to The Optimised Solutions and other third-party products, professionals, laboratories, businesses, platforms, supplements, technologies, or services.
Products identified as intended exclusively for qualified laboratory research must be used only in accordance with their designated purpose, classification, restrictions, applicable law, and the policies of the website through which they are sold.
Nothing on the Lindsey Burwell Wellness Website changes the designated purpose of a product sold through The Optimised Solutions or authorises human or veterinary use of a product designated solely for laboratory research.
Third parties remain responsible for their own products, services, representations, safety information, fulfilment, warranties, privacy practices, terms, and customer support.
You remain responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before purchasing from or relying on a third party.
SECTION 11: AFFILIATE & COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS
Certain recommendations, products, discount codes, links, or content may involve affiliate commissions, referral compensation, sponsorships, gifted products, ownership interests, partnerships, or other commercial relationships.
Where required by applicable law, material relationships will be appropriately disclosed.
Compensation does not change your responsibility to independently determine whether a product or Service is appropriate for you.
SECTION 12: PODCAST, SPEAKING & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
The Biohacked Method podcast and related interviews, articles, videos, recordings, newsletters, guides, presentations, social media content, speaking engagements, and educational materials are provided primarily for informational and educational purposes.
Guests, interviewees, and contributors express their own opinions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Science, wellness research, supplementation, metabolic health, biohacking, technology, and related areas evolve. Information available when content was created may later change.
Speaking engagements, conferences, workshops, retreats, trainings, media appearances, and similar professional services may also be governed by a separate written agreement.
Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a particular engagement, the separate agreement controls for the subject matter it specifically addresses.
SECTION 13: PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on the applicable Website page or during checkout and may change before purchase.
By submitting payment, you authorise the payment processor presented at checkout to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other disclosed fees.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information.
We may correct pricing errors or cancel, reject, limit, or refund an order because of pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, inventory limitations, technical problems, Service availability, or violation of these Terms.
SECTION 14: REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & APPOINTMENTS
Refund, return, cancellation, exchange, rescheduling, and missed-session rights depend on the product or Service purchased.
Any specific policy presented on the applicable sales page, checkout page, booking page, confirmation email, client agreement, or other purchase documentation forms part of your agreement with LBWellness.
Certain Services may involve personalised work, assessment costs, assessment kits, reports, digital resources, consultations, reserved time, or customised work that begins after purchase. Where clearly disclosed before purchase, refund eligibility may become limited once fulfilment, assessment processing, or personalised work begins.
Late arrival may reduce the time available for a scheduled session. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited or subject to rescheduling limitations where those conditions were disclosed before booking.
Purchases through The Patch Method® are subject to The Patch Method®’s separate Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

SECTION 15: SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL USERS
Physical products, assessment kits, supplements, or other materials may be fulfilled directly by LBWellness or through third-party providers.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, international processing, supply limitations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
International customers are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported, received, purchased, or used in their jurisdiction and for paying applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges unless otherwise stated.
The availability of the Website or a Service in a particular country does not mean that every product, assessment, recommendation, or wellness practice discussed is legally available or appropriate there.

Unless otherwise stated, original Website content and materials are owned by or licensed to LBWellness or the applicable rights holder.

This may include intellectual property associated with The Lab™, The Patch Method®, The Biohacked Method, Lindsey Burwell Wellness, and other protected brand or program names.
Purchasing a Service does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.
Unless expressly authorised otherwise in writing, materials provided to you are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, sell, republish, distribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial products from proprietary materials without written permission.
SECTION 17: USER SUBMISSIONS & PRIVACY
You may submit information through forms, applications, questionnaires, reviews, testimonials, emails, messages, or other communications.
You represent that you have the right to provide the material you submit.
Private or identifiable wellness information will not knowingly be published as a testimonial, case study, or marketing asset without any permission required by applicable law.
Participation in a paid Service does not automatically constitute consent for your private wellness information to be used publicly for marketing.
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 18: PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to:
Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
Interfere with Website security or operation;
Attempt unauthorised access to systems or information;

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
We aim to provide accurate, current, and useful information but do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, uninterrupted, current, or error-free.
Research, products, pricing, program details, availability, scientific information, and third-party information may change over time.
SECTION 20: WARRANTIES, LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website operation, error-free functionality, suitability of a Service for every individual, accuracy of independent third-party content, or any particular health, wellness, metabolic, lifestyle, performance, professional, or financial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LBWellness and Lindsey Burwell Wellness from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unauthorised commercial use of our intellectual property.
SECTION 21: GOVERNING LAW & GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to make a reasonable attempt to resolve a dispute by contacting hello@lindseyburwell.com.
Subject to non-waivable legal rights, unresolved disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable refund or cancellation policies, and any additional terms presented when you purchase or enrol in a Service, constitute the agreement regarding the applicable Website use or Service.
Where a separate signed agreement addresses a particular Service, that agreement controls with respect to the subject matter it specifically addresses.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive where appropriate after termination or completion of a Service.
