LBWellness operates both Lindsey Burwell Wellness and The Patch Method®. Consumer health data collected specifically in connection with Lindsey Burwell Wellness Services is not intended to be used by The Patch Method® for separate marketing or e-commerce purposes unless that use is disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
LBWellness does not sell consumer health data for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Where applicable law requires separate consent or authorisation before consumer health data may be collected, shared, or sold for a particular purpose, we will obtain the required consent or authorisation.

This Privacy Policy does not automatically apply once you leave the Lindsey Burwell Wellness Website.
The Patch Method® is a related brand operated by LBWellness and maintains its own e-commerce website and applicable privacy policies.
Information collected directly through The Patch Method® website is governed by the privacy policy applicable to that website.
Information collected through The Optimised Solutions or another independently operated website is governed by the policy applicable to that site.
SECTION 14: TESTIMONIALS & PUBLIC CONTENT
With appropriate permission where required, we may publish testimonials, reviews, photographs, interviews, recordings, or client stories.
Where identifiable wellness or other sensitive information is involved, additional consent may be requested before publication.
Participation in a paid wellness Service does not automatically constitute consent for your private wellness information to be used publicly for marketing purposes.
If you interact with Lindsey Burwell Wellness through social media or another public platform, information you post publicly may be visible to others and may also be processed by the applicable platform under its own privacy policy.
